What we offer :
1-Renumeration
Remuneration and conditions of employment are generous, and designed to attract and retain the very best of internationally experienced professionals. The package includes:
- A highly competitive, tax-free salary;
- Fully furnished accommodation on a Western compound;
- 100% tuition fee remission for up to two dependent children at RGSR;
- Start and end of contract flights for the appointee, spouse and up to two dependent children;
- Annual flights to home country for the appointee, spouse and up to two dependent children;
- Private medical cover for the appointee, spouse and up to two dependent children;
- Relocation allowance;
- Visa and residency costs for the appointee (this does not include the cost of documents needed to apply for the work visa i.e. document attestation and police check);
- End of service gratuity.
2- Accommodation
RGSR provides high-quality accommodation for its sponsored staff on the Al-Romaizan Compound, a secure western-style compound for expatriates. Al-Romaizan, located approximately fifteen minutes from RGSR by car, consists of villas and apartments, together with a wide range of facilities including:
- 2 outdoor swimming pools
- 1 x indoor swimming pool
- Fully equipped gym
- 2 x Tennis Courts
- Squash Court
- Basketball Court
- 5-aside artificial grass football pitch
RGSR provide a complimentary daily bus service between Al-Romaizan and school for staff and dependents. A coffee shop is located approximately 1-minute walk from the compound gates and a shopping area with a western supermarket, Starbucks, Boots Pharmacy and other well-known brands is a further 5-minute walk. One of the stations on the new Riyadh Metro is approximately 15 minutes’ walk away.
Single staff and married couples are provided with a one-bedroom apartment, while families are provided with a two-bedroom apartment. All apartments are fully furnished and consist of bedroom(s), kitchen, lounge and bathroom.
