Once our admissions team has reviewed your child’s application, we will contact you to schedule a placement assessment. If your child is currently outside the Kingdom, please ensure their current school’s contact details are included in the enrolment forms; we will then coordinate directly with them to arrange the assessment.

Upon completion of the assessment, our Prep and Senior leadership teams will evaluate the results to determine acceptance and specific placement recommendations. We will communicate the final decision to you at our earliest opportunity.

A: English as an Additional Language (EAL) is offered for students with limited English proficiency. Lessons are delivered in small groups (maximum of 4 students) during English periods. Students are reintegrated into mainstream classes as soon as they are ready.
A: Learning Support / Enhanced Provisions are available for students needing extra help. An intake interview is required prior to enrolment to ensure appropriate provisions are in place.
A: The school does not provide transportation. However, many residential compounds offer transport services to local schools. We recommend contacting your compound’s management for details.
A: Prior to relocating to Saudi Arabia, your child’s school reports must be attested by the Saudi Arabia Embassy/Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or an apostille from your current country of residence can be accepted. Upon arrival in Saudi Arabia and issuance of your child’s Iqama, equivalency of certificates must be completed through our Government Relations Officer, Ms. Malak, with the Ministry of Education (no testing involved). Details are provided in the Enrolment Application Form.

A: We have a multinational teaching staff across both campuses.
A: There is a maximum of 24 students per class.
A: RGS Riyadh is co-educational until Year 8. From Year 8 onwards, male and female students are in separate homeroom classes but are mixed in communal areas.
A: A swimming pool is available at our Qurtuba Prep campus.
A: We do not offer home-to-school transportation. However, we provide a sibling bus service between Qurtubah and Ghirnatah campuses in the morning and afternoon.
A: Yes, we provide both indoor and outdoor canteen facilities at the Ghirnatah and Qurtuba campuses.
